Specifications apply to BG1 and BG1 Pro. Real-world results depend on floor, soiling and settings.

Where it fits

  • Warehouses and distribution centers
  • Industrial plants and production halls
  • Large retail complexes
  • Transportation hubs
What it does

Built for big floors that need to be clean every day.

  • Sweep and scrub in one pass. A front module collects dry debris while the rear scrubs, so one run does both jobs.
  • Edge cleaning. The scrubbing brush extends sideways to reach flush against walls and rack edges.
  • AI that reacts to the floor. It spots messes in real time, doses detergent in milliliters based on how dirty the floor is, and adapts its brushes to wet spills and stubborn stains.
  • 3D perception. 3D VSLAM (with 3D LiDAR on the BG1 Pro) keeps it stable in high-ceiling halls, at night and in busy environments.
  • Runs around the clock. An all-in-one station refills water, drains the waste tank and charges the robot.
  • Quick maintenance. Disc brushes attach automatically and consumables use a snap-on design.
  • Ride-on mode. A manual drive mode helps with mapping the site and moving the robot between areas.
  • Connected. Works with e-gates, elevators and pager systems for multi-area sites.

Frequently asked

What is the PUDU BG1?

A large autonomous scrubber-dryer for big floors. It collects dry debris and scrubs the floor in one pass, and works from an all-in-one station that refills, drains and charges it. It comes in two versions, BG1 and BG1 Pro.

Can I see the BG1 in person?

Yes. The BG1 is on display in one of our showrooms at our Wheeling, IL demo center. Book a visit and we will run it on a floor like yours.

Is the BG1 in stock?

Yes, the BG1 is in stock with us. The exact version and accessories are confirmed in your proposal.

What is the difference between BG1 and BG1 Pro?

Both share the same platform, size and cleaning width, but the Pro is faster (up to 1.2 m/s vs 1.0 m/s) and adds 3D LiDAR. PUDU lists the same cleaning specs for both versions; the differences are navigation, cruise speed and unattended-operation wording. We confirm which version fits your site during the assessment.

Where does it fit best?

Large open floors: warehouses, industrial plants, large retail complexes and transportation hubs. PUDU lists a minimum path clearance of 85 cm, so we check your aisles first.

How long does it run on a charge?

PUDU lists up to 7.5 hours of sweeping and scrubbing. We confirm real runtime for your site. Charging takes about 3 hours on a high-voltage supply or about 4.5 hours on low voltage.

Can it clean right up to walls and racks?

Yes. Its scrubbing brush can extend sideways to reach flush against walls and rack edges, which is one of the main reasons large facilities choose it.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the version, accessories and your site. Request a proposal and we will prepare it after a short assessment of your floors and routes.
