Frequently asked

What’s the difference between T300 and T600?

Payload capacity. The T300 carries 300 kg, the T600 carries 600 kg. Same VSLAM/LiDAR navigation, same fleet integration. Pick T300 for parts/kits, T600 for pallets/racks.

Can the T300 work alongside humans?

Yes. Multi-sensor obstacle avoidance, audible cues, and configurable speed limits per zone. The T300 is designed for shared aisles, not fenced cells.

How long does mapping take in our facility?

Initial map: 1–3 hours for a typical 30,000–80,000 sqft facility. Done by our Wheeling team during deployment. Subsequent route changes can be made via the PUDU app.

Does it integrate with our WMS or PLC?

Yes — we connect via PUDU Open Platform APIs, OPC UA, or direct relay/pneumatic IO depending on your line. Walked through during the assessment call.

What’s the lead time?

Stock units ship same week from our Wheeling facility. Custom configurations 4–6 weeks from PUDU factory. We’ll confirm exact dates on the quote.
