What we deployedOne PUDU T600 Standard, 4 fixed routes, mapped in 2 hours. Integrated with their PLC stack via PUDU Open Platform. Wheeling team handled mapping + 1-day operator training.
First-90-day outcomeTugger driver freed to take on a quality-inspection role. Cell-to-cell movement up ~22% by self-report. Robot uptime 96% over the period.

Challenge4-location specialty retailer, ~22,000 sqft each. Overnight cleaning team kept missing detail areas; consistency was uneven across stores. Auditing was nearly impossible.
What we deployed3 CC1 robots (one shared between two adjacent locations) with PUDU Fleet Manager. Mapped each store, set 2-hour overnight cycles, water recycle via CSM dock.
