2. Scope
This Policy applies to gotbots247.com and any subdomain or page operated under that domain. It does not cover third-party websites we link to. By using this website you agree to the practices described here.
3. Information we collect
We collect only the information necessary to respond to your inquiry and operate the site:
- Contact form data: name, company, work email, phone number, area of interest, message text — provided voluntarily when you submit a form.
- ROI calculator inputs: industry, worker count, salary, hours of operation — used in-browser to estimate payback. We receive these only if you submit them through the contact form.
- Phone calls: when you call our published numbers (847-786-9819, 224-240-1984, 847-904-6072), our AI receptionist Emma may record the call to deliver a written summary to our sales team. You will be told if a call is being recorded; you may object at any time.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. This is logged by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and used for security and performance.
- Cookies and local storage: a "language preference" key in your browser's local storage so we remember EN/ES. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not place tracking cookies and does not use fingerprinting.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (Social Security number, financial account numbers, health information, biometric data, precise geolocation, or information about minors).
4. Why we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule a demo, prepare a quote, or fulfill an order.
- To provide on-site installation, training, and ongoing service.
- To improve the website (debugging, performance, security).
- To meet our legal obligations (tax, sanctions screening, recordkeeping).
We do not send unsolicited marketing email. We do not enroll you in newsletters or drip campaigns without your express consent.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the following categories of recipients, and only to the extent necessary:
- Service providers: our email host (Google Workspace), form relay (FormSubmit), hosting and CDN (Cloudflare), and AI receptionist platform. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to deliver their service to us.
- PUDU Robotics: when an inquiry requires factory-level engineering input, we may share business contact data with PUDU Robotics. We do not share consumer-grade personal data.
- Authorities: if required by law (subpoena, court order) or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our users.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law. We do not exchange your data for money or services with advertisers, data brokers, or social-media networks.
6. How long we keep it
Form submissions and call summaries are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us. Quote and order records are retained for the period required by tax and warranty law (typically 7 years). Cloudflare logs are retained for up to 30 days. You may ask us to delete your record sooner under Section 8.
7. Security
We use HTTPS (TLS) for all traffic to and from the site, restrict access to inquiry data to ICR 24 7 INC sales engineers, and require multi-factor authentication on every Google Workspace account that handles customer data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we hold ourselves to industry-standard practices.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Right to know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
- Right to access and portability — receive a copy of your data in a usable format.
- Right to correct inaccurate information.
- Right to delete your information, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share, but we honor this request as a confirmation.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny service or charge a different price because you exercised these rights.

9. Children
This is a business-to-business site. We do not direct our services to children under 16 and do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International visitors
Our servers are operated in the United States by Cloudflare. If you visit from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection law may differ from your jurisdiction. For visitors from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry, your consent (where applicable), and contract performance.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our practices evolve or as the law changes. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 14 days.
