Pricing, availability, lead time, and specifications shown on the site are indicative only and become binding only when confirmed in a written quote countersigned by both parties.

5. Quotes, demos, and orders
Submitting a contact form or ROI request does not create a sales contract. We will respond within one business day and, if appropriate, issue a written quote. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and becomes a binding sales order only when you sign and return it and we acknowledge receipt. Demos at our Mundelein facility are by appointment and may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice.
6. ROI calculator disclaimer
The ROI calculator on /roi produces an indicative estimate based on inputs you provide and on industry-typical assumptions. Actual results depend on your facility, labor rates, utilization, financing, and many other factors outside our control. We make no representation or warranty that any ROI estimate will be achieved. Do not use the calculator output as the sole basis for a capital investment decision.
7. Third-party links and services
The site contains links to third-party sites (e.g., PUDU Robotics, FormSubmit, Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Following an external link is at your own risk.
8. No warranty (site)
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that information shown is current or accurate. Any product warranty applicable to PUDU robots is provided in the written sales contract for that robot — not by this site.

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, ICR 24 7 INC, its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
